A pilot study at Columbia University showed that consumption of cinnamon reduced insulin resistance in fifteen PCOS women. It sounds like taking cinnamon extract may be a good idea, according to <a href="http://www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/cinnamon">Dr. Nancy Dunne</a>.
