If any of you have a problem with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), vitex (chasteberry) is worth a try, according to Dr. Nancy Dunne.
She has a very detailed description of chasteberry and how it can help with PCOS, infertility, and restoring normal cycles. Her article
