Feb 14 2007, 2:10 PM EST I thought it would be fun to begin a healthy recipe exchange. Donna Here is one I found: Apple Crisp Ingredients 4 large baking apples, peeled and sliced 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour 3/4 cup oatmeal 3/4 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1/3 cup reduced-fat margarine Directions Heat the oven to 350 ° F. Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the apples in the pan. Mix the brown sugar, flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, and nutmeg together and place on top of the apple. Drop dots of margarine over the dry mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
